Pirate MX Powersports Return Policy

At Pirate MX Powersports, we take great pride in the accuracy of our product descriptions and fitment data. We spend countless hours vetting and building this information to ensure that you receive the right parts for your needs. We also offer free shipping on most of our products to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities.

Return Conditions

  • Incorrect Size or Fitment Due to Pirate MX Powersports: If you receive a product that does not fit or is the wrong size due to an error in our description or fitment data, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  • Customer Order Error: If you accidentally order the wrong part or the incorrect size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that you select the correct product before completing your purchase.

  • Tire Fitment: Many different sizes of tires can fit your motorcycle, ATV, or UTV. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if the correct tire size is currently on their vehicle and decide what size they want to use. Returns due to wrong tire size fitment are not eligible for free return shipping. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs in these cases.

  • Freight Items: Returns for freight-shipped items will be at the customer’s expense. Please note that freight shipping can be costly, so double-check your order to ensure accuracy before placing it.

  • Opened or Installed Products: We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or installed. If you return a product that has been opened or installed, no refund will be issued. If you would like the product sent back to you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at sales@piratemx.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.

  2. Pack and Ship: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. If we are covering the return shipping, use the prepaid label provided. Otherwise, you will need to arrange and pay for shipping, including any freight costs.

  3. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for this process.

  4. Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Free shipping isn’t free.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, including clearance or special-order parts, are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

  • Return Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
