1. Is the Product really in stock?
We do our best to keep our inventory updated in real-time. If a product is listed as "in stock" on our website, it is available and ready to ship. However, in rare cases, inventory discrepancies can occur. If we discover that an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide options, such as a substitute item, or a refund.
2. When will my order ship?
Your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. What carrier will be used to ship my order?
The default free shipping method for most orders will be FedEx, UPS, USPS. Large heavy items such as frames and motors will ship via Freight.
4. Do you charge sales tax for orders shipped to my state?
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to states where we are required to collect tax. The exact amount of sales tax charged will depend on the destination of your order and the applicable state and local tax rates. If your state requires us to collect sales tax, it will be automatically calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. 5. Can I expedite my order?
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. However, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor its progress. 7. Do I need a PayPal account to Order?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. While we do offer PayPal as a payment option for your convenience, we also provide secure checkout through Stripe, allowing you to use most major credit or debit cards without the need for a PayPal account. Simply choose the payment method that works best for you at checkout.
8. Where do you ship from?
All Used product orders will ship from our facility in Parkersburg, WV 26101. New product orders will ship from the closest available partner warehouse.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are always looking to expand our services and hope to provide international shipping in the future.
