Freight Shipping Policy

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and are in the process of calculating the final total, which includes freight charges and taxes.

Freight Calculation and Invoicing

  • Freight and Tax Calculation: Once your order is processed, we will determine the exact freight charges based on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. Taxes will be calculated according to your shipping address and applicable laws.

  • Invoice Email: You will receive an emailed invoice within 24 hours of placing your order, or the next business day. This invoice will detail the total amount due, including the cost of the items, calculated freight charges, and applicable taxes.

Payment Terms

  • 72-Hour Payment Window: Payment is required within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment options as specified in the invoice.

  • Order Cancellation: If payment is not received within the 72-hour window, your order will be automatically canceled. You will receive a notification if your order has been canceled due to non-payment.

Shipment Processing

  • Payment Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Your order will then be scheduled for shipment.

  • Shipping Timeline: After payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipment. The estimated delivery timeline will be included in the payment confirmation email. Freight shipments typically take longer than standard deliveries due to the nature of the items.

  • Delivery: Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment, as freight deliveries will require a signature.

Special Instructions and Additional Charges

  • Special Handling Requirements: If your delivery location requires special handling (e.g., lift-gate service, inside delivery), please notify us when placing your order. Additional charges for these services will be included in your final invoice.

  • Address Changes: Any changes to the delivery address after the invoice has been issued will incur additional charges. Please verify your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Returns and Cancellations

  • Returns: Freight shipments are subject to our standard return policy. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on handling returns for freight items.

  • Cancellations Before Payment: Orders can be canceled without penalty before payment is made. If payment has been made and you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately to discuss the options available.
