Local Pickup Policy

How to Place a Local Pickup Order

  • Single Order for Used Products: If you are purchasing used products only, you can select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout. This option will allow you to pick up your items at our designated local pickup location.

  • Order for Both New and Used Products: If you wish to purchase both new and used products and pick them up at the same time, you must set the shipping address to our shop’s location:
    1900 Pike St. Parkersburg, WV 26101
    By doing so, all new items in your order will be shipped to our Parkersburg location for pickup.

Pickup Location and Process

  • Pickup Location:
    1900 Pike St. Parkersburg, WV 26101

  • Processing Time: Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email or phone. Please wait for this notification before coming to pick up your items.

  • Pickup Hours: You can pick up your order during our regular business hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 9-5

    • Saturday: By appointment only for Freight Items

    • Sunday: Closed

  • Identification: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid ID to verify your identity at the time of pickup.

Additional Information

  • Shipping to Pickup Location: By selecting the “Local Pickup” option, all items in your order will be shipped to our Parkersburg location for pickup. This applies even if your order includes new products, provided you have set the shipping address to our shop’s address. If you use your address the new product will ship to your address. 

  • Changes to Pickup Orders: If you need to make changes to your pickup order or switch to a different shipping method, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 15 days of notification may be subject to cancellation or additional storage fees. Please contact us if you need to arrange a later pickup date.
