Q.Is the product really in stock?
A. We do our best to keep inventory updated in real time. If a product shows as "in stock," it is available and ready to ship. In rare cases of inventory mismatch, we will notify you promptly and offer a substitute or a refund.
Q.When will my order ship?
A. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment is processed. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Q.What carrier will be used to ship my order?
A. Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Large or heavy items such as frames and motors ship via freight.
Q.Do you charge sales tax for orders shipped to my state?
A. Sales tax is applied where required by law. The tax amount is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Q.Can I expedite my order?
A. At this time, expedited shipping is not available. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details to follow your order.

Q.Do I need a PayPal account to order?
A. No. You can pay using PayPal or securely checkout with a credit or debit card via Stripe, without needing a PayPal account.
Q.Where do you ship from?
A. Used product orders ship from Parkersburg, WV 26101. New product orders ship from the nearest available partner warehouse.
Q.Do you ship internationally?
A. We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
